Product Description: The Panasonic WJ-ND300A/1000V is an industrial grade NVR capable of recording video streams received from up to 32 IP cameras over the network. As expected of a high-end NVR, this unit comes loaded with a rich array of security enhancing features and functions. These include MPEG-4/MJPEG recording options for versatile data management, alarm I/O ports for sending and receiving alarm alerts, and the ability to monitor multiple cameras by multiple clients over the network. Its most important asset however is its scalability both in terms of extra storage space and support for additional cameras. By purchasing optional external HDD units, this NVR's storage capacity can be upgraded to include many terabytes. An optional software program is also available to allow multiple NVRs to be managed from a single PC workstation over the network.
