Tracking Your Order
Orders are sent via FedEx ground unless otherwise specified during your checkout. Once your product(s) ship a tracking number will be sent to your specified email address.
International Customers
We will ship products internationally, subject to prepayment terms and minimum order amount. All fees including duties, imports and taxes imposed by the government must be paid by the customer.

Obtaining a Statement
You can obtain a duplicate of your email verification by contacting a Customer Service Representative by phone at 1-800-214-2247 or by email via our Customer Service page.
Returns
Returns for credit are not available through Security-Superstore and its manufacturers.
If a product is D.O.A. out of the box or stops working under the manufacturers warranty, customers are required to call our sales department. Our sales department will retrieve the information from the customer and contact the manufacturer for troubleshooting solutions. If the manufacturer determines the product to be D.O.A. a new, prepaid order for a replacement unit will be processed and an RMA (Return Materials Authorization) will be issued for the defective product. Once a defective product is returned to the manufacturer and Security-Superstore receives credit, Security-Superstore will then process a credit to the customer.
*DOA - Dead On Arrival. Unit within 30 days of purchase by the end customer (proof of purchase required) and is confirmed as Dead by support specialist.
Returns/Advance Replacements will not be granted if determined that incorrect installation practices have occurred.
All sales are final on clearance items.
Warranty Repairs or Replacements
New (non-clearance) products purchased from Security-Superstore are covered under the manufacturers warranty. Please contact us for more information.
